Lanihau Center is located at the entrance to the historic seaside village of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii at the corner of Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway and Palani Road. We are eight miles south of Kona International Airport, and just one block north of beautiful Kailua Bay.
